- insert your corporate or association password provided to you by the group originating this request
In the message box
- your first, middle and last names along with any other names used

- city/state/zip
- telephone number
- last 4 digits of your SS#

Thorough background checks require 3 to 5 days to complete, depending on our current volume of requests. The organization that reqested your background check will be notified by mail that a criminal history does, or does not, exist. We do not relay the specific violatons unless it is requested by the organization.
