Jeff Long, President and Lead Investigator has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Law Enforcement from Metropolitan State University and has successfully completed the FBI National Academy for law enforcement executives. He has over 18 years of experience with a local metropolitan police department, 10 of those years in the Detective Division. While in that role, he uncovered a need that police were not able to fill, such as completing background checks for private industries and preparing cases for outside attorneys. His desire to help people with these needs led to the opening of Pinnacle Investigations, LLC.

 The "Home Watch" division of our company was developed after a significant number of burglaries were reported while families were out of town. With thinning budgets and an increase in police calls, most police agencies are unable to check on homes while you are out of town. Our "Home Watch" service will help protect your home while you are away.

Co-owner Tracy Long has over 20 years of customer service experience with a major corporation in Minneapolis, as well as owning and operating her own sales company for 5 years. Both Jeff and Tracy have a reputation for being honest and ethical and are focused on providing excellent customer service.
